We Are
Gismosys
Gismosys is a small dedicated group of professional AV service providers with over twenty-five years’ experience in all aspects of the professional audio-visual industry.
We have considerable experience in all aspects of AV, from live events and theatre through to medical training facilities, corporate meeting spaces, classrooms and lecture theatres.
We maintain our independence by supporting many leading manufacturers’ systems without being suppliers; we exist to support dealers, integrators and end users in the application of those systems.
In Print
Roland Higham is the author of ‘Introduction to Live Sound’ published by Entertainment Technology Press. This book aims to provide working engineers and newcomers alike with a concise knowledge base that explains some of the theory and principles that they will encounter every day. It should provide for the student and newcomer to the field a valuable compendium of helpful knowledge.
Training
In conjunction with the Institute of Sound, Communication, & Visual Engineers, we offer training courses to help others improve their skills. We are passionate about audio and communication and we are very keen that others learn from our experience. We are also happy to build tailored courses to suit our clients, whatever their skill-set and experience.
